William has more than 48 years of experience in the design of mechanical systems, with particular expertise in system selection and design, feasibility comparison, specification preparation, construction document preparation, Contractor-Owner negotiations, construction inspection, and Owner-Engineer contracts. He is experienced in detailed design for HVAC and plumbing systems, and performance specifications for equipment and fire protection systems. William also has extensive experience with waste to energy, manufacturing facilities, and processing facilities. William holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, Terre Haute, Ind.

Dennis has more than 50 years experience as a public health engineer and consultant in wastewater treatment, with particular expertise in the field of optimizing resource recovery from waste. He founded VOW Resources, an organic waste management and resource recovery company in Terre Haute, Ind., and currently serves as serves as the company’s Technical Director-Global. VOW operates facilities in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Asia, and Australia. He invented the Viable Organic Waste (VOW) process, a total recovery and zero waste treatment system, based on bioaugmentation, that yields energy as biogas (methane) and organic fertilizer, single cell protein for aquaculture and animal feed, and recyclable water. Evers holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Health Engineering from the Birmingham College of Advanced Technology in Birmingham, England, and he has been named Fellow of Royal Society of Health and Fellow of the Institute of Water and Environmental Management.

Daniel has more than 30 years experience in renewable energy controls and solutions, root cause analysis, and engineering. He founded and serves as Operating Officer-Advanced Green Energy Solutions LLC in Musekgo, Wis., a provider of renewable energy technology that helps customers to "harvest" energy from sustainable sources. Prior to launching his own environmental engineering company, Daniel held positions of General Manager/COO for Clear Horizons LLC and Marketing Manager for Waukesha Engine, where he resolved premature engine failures by identifying modes of failure. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mining engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and has completed coursework towards an executive MBA from the University of Chicago.

Patricia has more than 35 years experience in the fields of environmental engineering, plant management and biological research. Prior to serving as plant engineer for Veolia North America at the Lowell facility, Patricia was senior environmental engineer for the Enbridge Kalamazoo River Oil Spill Response and Reporting Team and environmental engineer for Environmental Resources Management in Holland and URS Corp. She holds a bachelor’s degree in zoology from Michigan State University and a master’s degree in Environmental engineering from University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Ross has more than 35 years experience in the fields of managing start-up operations, construction management, restoring the asset value of distressed properties, finance and real estate development. He is president and owner of Redstone Commercial Investments LLC, a firm that has represented and consulted for some of the nation’s largest corporations, including Chase Bank N.A., Northern Trust Bank N.A., The Salvation Army, and Tru-Value Hardware. Ross specializes in conducting feasibility studies, cost benefit analysis for start-ups and enhancing the value of existing assets. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from Michigan State University and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member and a Certified Design and Development Professional.
